A home inspection is a visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a home, from foundation to roof. A home inspector is trained to be a detective in regard to the construction and working parts of homes.

If your not completely satisfied when we are done with the inspection, not only will we not charge you, but we will pay for someone else to do another inspection

We at Integrity Home Inspection offer Metro Atlanta area customers a full color, detailed home inspection with the final report on CD-ROM or PDF format that include pictures, along with a summary report! The client will be able to view the report online and print as many copies as necessary!

The report contains the standards of practice of American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).

The Inspection Report includes but not limited to the following:

• Structural System. We examine the foundation, basement orcrawlspaces, etc
• Exterior. All exterior surfaces and attached features including decks and balconies
• Roof System. We will perform a physical inspection of the roofing structure
• Plumbing System. We inspect both supply and drainage systems
• Electrical System. We inspect the electrical panels, testing for safety hazards
• Heating System.We will run and test the heating system, checking for gas leaks
• Air Conditioning System. We will perform a test on the air conditioning system
• Interior. We perform a complete visual and physical inspection of all accessible areas

*Every property is unique so the above list varies for each inspection, also ask for a Mold and Radon test.
